NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY
Adrian Diversity Event Fund, in cooperation with Lenawee Pridea and Toledo's Holiday with Heart Gala is excited to highlight the Coming Out stories of Lenawee Individuals.Â

To kick off this event, distributed free copies of Chasten Buttigeig's book, "I have something to tell you" at Lenawee Pride on Saturday, September 26th. Â

We then gathered at the Adrian District Library Community Room on October 6th from 6-8pm to de-brief from the book reading and share our thoughts and reflections.Â
​
As a community, we gathered at Farver's on October 10th and shared our coming out stories with our family, friends, and supporters in an "open mic night" setting. Â
​
Look for the next National Coming Out Day Event that will take place on Saturday, October 9, 2027, location to be determined.
